Wood grain film

The wood grain film is a decorative PVC film for surface design applications. The texture of the film is close to the natural wood, but the embossing and color matching are more abundant, which can meet the personalized needs of consumers. The film is ideal for use in interior door, furniture, kitchen and bathroom design applications.
It can be applied in many ways, such as using vacuum press technology, wrapping technology or using flat lamination technology. It has impressive flexibility and mechanical characteristics, and can be adapted to the intended use.

Delivery Time	Your order will be finished within 15 days after receiving your 30% deposit
Payment	30% deposit will be paid before production and the balance will be paid by T/T or L/C at sight.

APPLICATION PLACES:

MDF Interior doors are used on surface, case and borders, steel door surfaces, Mdf and Pvc surface and profile coatings, Baseboard coatings, Sheet and PU foam coatings,

SURFACES:

Matte wood patterns and plain color folio patterns and shapes with different shapes are available. All of the bright colors and patterns have protection film and primer application on the backside. Important Information: The product recommended for vacuum presses is “Primerli” folies. It is recommended to use non-primed products in the case of mechanical presses, flat lamination and profile wrapping machines.

Product packaging

All products are packaged with an insulating foil coating. The product will not be shipped without this application to protect against collapses taken from the top and bottom during transport. The pallet is covered with the same foam insulated membrane and additional protection is provided by stretching. The foil rolls are firmly protected from shock and rollover. Each product is sold in packaged corrugated cardboard.
