PVC foil for vacuum membrane press

Vacuum membrane press is used to laminate PVC, veneer onto flat or abnormal shaped melamine/MDF/plywood board, it absorb the space between film and panel into vacuum and then heat both boards and film to finish laminating work.

For veneer and high glossy material laminating,positive and negative presse suction machines are recommended.

PVC foil for flat lamination

It divided into hot lamination and cold lamination.Hot lamination use PUR glue to be melt under hot temprature .Cold lamination donnot need high temprature and use the cold glue which has viscosity itself under normal conditions.

PVC　foil for wrapping profiles

Hot melt PUR adhesives are specifically designed for your profile wrapping of wood, MDF, PVC and aluminium cores with paper or PVC foils in the production of profiles for furniture and interior building elements

The adhesive is solid at room temperature and is heated for application by roller or slot die – to suit your production demands.
